Chicken Packets
BY JANEEN TKACYZK

Mix together:
2 c. cooked, shredded chicken
1 box of softened cream cheese
1 T. Chopped chives (I usually add 2-3 T)
2 T milk
Salt, to taste

In one bowl, add 1 sleeve of plain Bakin’ Miracle coating mix

In another bowl, melt  ¼ c. butter

Unroll 2 pkgs of crescent rolls.  Roll two triangles together to form a rectangle.  Take chicken mixture above and place inside crescent rectangle.  Seal together.  Dip in melted butter and then in Bakin’ Miracle.

Place on a cookie tray.  Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.  I usually double this recipe as my family really loves them!  I do make some with just melted butter and no Bakin’ Miracle.  You can also use the Parmesan Bakin’ Miracle or Shake n’ Bake coatings, too.

Thank you, Janeen!
